• 15+ years’ experience in EU, Competition and Regulatory law at law firms in Lisbon and Brussels and at the GCEU (Luxembourg)
• Professor at University of Lisbon Law School (teaching since 2008) and at Universidade Europeia (since 2015), formerly Guest Professor at Universities of Toulouse, Bialystok and East Timor

Qualifications
• PhD and Licenciatura in Law from the University of Lisbon Law School
• LL.M in European Studies – Law from the College of Europe (Bruges)
• Erasmus at the Université Libre de Bruxelles

• Judge at the European Nuclear Energy Tribunal (2020 / 2024)
• Co-Director of the Portuguese Competition and Regulation Journal

• Member of the working groups which assisted the Portuguese Competition Authority in preparing the draft transpositions of Directives 2014/104/EU (Antitrust Damages) and 2019/01/EU (ECN+)
