Competition increases efficiency and consumer welfare. Ensuring compliance with Competition Law contributes to the common good.

About us

We are a boutique competition, regulatory and EU Law firm, based in Lisbon, which brings together in-depth academic knowledge and vast practical experience.

We are specialists in obtaining damages for persons injured by anticompetitive practices. Our strategic vision is to contribute to the antitrust private enforcement revolution and to the increase of the effectiveness of competition policy, with all the benefits which will result thus to consumers, undertakings and for the economy as a whole.

We frequently work with other Portuguese and foreign or international law firms, providing specialized services, in particular in the fields of antitrust, merger control and State aid. The work with other law firms has been focused on providing Portuguese legal analysis in multijurisdictional teams, guaranteeing the component of competition law analysis for firms which do not have this specialty, and complementing the internal capacities of firms in particularly complex cases or in moments of exhaustion of internal resources.

We are also especially geared towards providing legal services to Portuguese and EU authorities, including representing regulators in disputes before national courts and before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
